Our galvanized coils are the result of a meticulous process where sheet steel is immersed in a molten zinc bath, culminating in a resilient zinc-coated finish. This primarily involves continuous galvanizing, with rolled steel plates submerged in a zinc-melted plating tank to produce outstanding galvanized steel plates. For alloyed galvanized steel plates, a hot dip method is employed, followed by heating to about 500 ºC, creating a durable zinc-iron alloy coating. Our galvanized steel coils excel with superior paint adhesion and weldability, making them the perfect choice for a variety of applications.

Our state-of-the-art galvanizing steel production line stands out with an impressive annual production capacity of 200,000 tons.
