It should be devoid of detrimental imperfections such as missing plating, holes, cracks, scum, excessive plating thickness, scratches, chromic acid stains, and white rust. While foreign standards may lack explicit definitions for specific appearance defects, it's advisable to outline particular defect criteria in the purchase contract to ensure clarity.
Categorization by Production and Processing Methods:
1. Hot-Dip Galvanized Steel Sheet: This type involves dipping sheet steel into a bath of molten zinc, resulting in a zinc layer adhered to its surface. Predominantly produced through a continuous galvanizing process, it ensures consistent quality by repeatedly immersing rolled steel into the zinc plating tank for optimal coverage.

Kaishuo Weiye Steel prefers 30%TT before inspection and the rest 70% against BL. However, our price term is negotiable. Multiple payment terms are available from us.
