Hot Dip Galvanized Substrate
This product transforms hot-dip galvanized steel into a robust color-coated sheet by adding an organic layer. Not only does this enhance its protective capabilities, but it also acts as an insulator against rust. Outperforming traditional galvanized sheets, the zinc content typically reaches 180g/m2 (double-sided), with even higher options of up to 275g/m2 for building exteriors.
Hot-Dip Al-Zn Substrate
By utilizing a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet with a remarkable 55% Al-Zn substrate, this sheet achieves superior corrosion resistance, outperforming standard options by 2-5 times. It can endure temperatures up to 490°C without significant oxidation, and its heat and light reflectivity exceed 0.75, making it an outstanding choice for energy-efficient construction.
Electro-Galvanized Substrate
With an electro-galvanized base, this sheet is transformed into a color-coated marvel when coated with organic paint and baked. Kaishuo Steel prefers 30%TT before inspection and the rest 70% against BL. However, our price term is negotiable. Multiple payment terms are available from us.
