Cold-Rolled (Pulled) Carbon Steel Pipes: Precision and Excellence. Beyond the general, low and medium, and high pressure boiler pipes, alloy, stainless, and petroleum cracking pipes, this category also includes carbon thin-walled, alloy thin-walled, non-rust thin-walled, and special-shaped steel pipes. Hot-rolled seamless pipes boast an outer diameter usually above 32mm and a wall thickness from 2.5mm to 75mm. Cold-rolled seamless varieties excel with diameters as small as 6mm and thicknesses down to 0.25mm, while thin-walled pipes feature diameters up to 5mm with wall thickness under 0.25mm. Cold rolling delivers superior dimensional accuracy compared to hot rolling.
General Carbon Steel Pipe: Crafted from high-quality carbon steel grades such as 10, 20, 30, 35, 45, and low-alloy structural steel like 16Mn, 5MnV, or alloy steel such as 40Cr, 30CrMnSi, 45Mn2, 40MnB.
