Classification
Hot dip galvanized substrate
The hot-dip galvanized color-coated sheet, formed by applying an organic coating atop the galvanized steel sheet, offers dual protection: the zinc layer and the insulating organic coating. This combination extends its lifespan beyond traditional galvanized sheets. Typically, the zinc content is 180g/m2 (double-sided), with a maximum of 275g/m2 for external building applications.
Hot-dip Al-Zn substrate
Utilizing a 55% Al-Zn coated galvanized steel as the substrate, this material, with a standard aluminum and zinc content of 150g/m2 (double-sided), is celebrated for its corrosion resistance, which surpasses conventional options by 2-5 times. It remains robust up to 490°C, resisting oxidation and scale formation, and its ability to reflect heat and light is twice that of standard galvanized steel, making it an energy-efficient building choice.
Electro-galvanized substrate
Crafted from an electro-galvanized sheet, this color-coated product, although featuring a thinner zinc layer of 20/20g/m2, is not ideal for outdoor use due to its limited protection. However, its aesthetic allure and outstanding processing capabilities make it a top choice for home appliances, audio equipment, steel furniture, and interior décor.
Polyester (PE)
Characterized by its excellent adhesion, vibrant color spectrum, and versatility, PE offers commendable outdoor durability and moderate chemical resistance, all at a very economical price.
Silicon modified polyester

Kaishuo Steel prefers 30%TT before inspection and the rest 70% against BL. However, our price term is negotiable. Multiple payment terms are available from us.
