1. Weldability

While some tableware and cookware may not emphasize welding, many other products do. Consider secondary tableware, vacuum flasks, steel piping, water heaters, and dispensers; these all greatly benefit from the exceptional weldability of our premium raw materials, ensuring durability and performance.
2. Corrosion Resistance
The unmatched corrosion resistance of our stainless steel is fundamental to its utility across a wide range of products, including both Class I and II tableware, kitchenware, water heaters, and dispensers. To meet international standards, we provide rigorous corrosion resistance testing. Our method involves heating products in a NACL aqueous solution until boiling. Post-boiling, we meticulously clean, dry, and weigh the products to assess weight loss and corrosion. Note that polishing may induce rust spots due to iron content in some abrasive materials used during testing.
3. Polishing Performance
The allure of stainless steel in today's market is enhanced by its impressive polished finish, a requirement across most production lines, excluding specific products like water heater and dispenser linings. Therefore, superior polishing performance in our raw materials is essential. This is influenced by several factors:
(1) Surface imperfections in raw materials, such as scratching, pitting, and pickling, can affect the final shine and finish.
(2) The properties of raw materials can pose challenges. Materials with insufficient hardness may struggle in polishing due to poor BQ characteristics, while overly soft materials can develop an orange peel effect during deep drawing, reducing BQ quality. Hence, optimal hardness is crucial for superior BQ performance.
(3) For products involving deep drawing, the emergence of small black spots and ridging in highly deformed areas can hinder the BQ performance.
4. Heat Resistance
The exceptional heat resistance of stainless steel allows it to maintain its superior physical and mechanical properties even at elevated temperatures, making it an ideal choice for heat-intensive applications.
Carbon's Influence: In austenitic stainless steels, carbon is key in the formation and stabilization of austenite, significantly broadening the austenite region. Its austenite-forming potential is nearly 30 times that of nickel. As an interstitial element, carbon enhances the strength of austenitic stainless steels through solid solution strengthening and improves stress corrosion resistance in highly concentrated chloride environments, such as in a 42% MgCl2 boiling solution.
