Hot Dip Galvanized Substrate
This product features a meticulous organic coating on a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, resulting in a robust and resilient color-coated sheet. It offers not only zinc's protection but also excellent insulation from the organic coating, effectively combating rust and extending service life beyond traditional options. Zinc content typically hovers around 180g/m2 (double-sided), with options for building exteriors reaching a remarkable 275g/m2.
Hot-Dip Al-Zn Substrate
Exploiting the benefits of a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet with a 55% Al-Zn substrate, this sheet boasts aluminum and zinc contents around 150g/m2 (double-sided). It surpasses standard hot-dip galvanized sheets by an impressive 2-5 times in corrosion resistance, enduring temperatures of up to 490°C without succumbing to severe oxidation or scaling. Its heat and light reflectivity doubles that of standard options, with a reflectivity rating exceeding 0.75, making it an ideal choice for energy-efficient construction projects.
Electro-Galvanized Substrate

Kaishuo Steel prefers 30%TT before inspection and the rest 70% against BL. However, our price term is negotiable. Multiple payment terms are available from us.
