Strip steel is a kind of narrow and long steel plate produced by various steel rolling enterprises in order to meet the needs of industrialized production of various metal or mechanical products in different industrial sectors. Strip steel, also known as steel strip, is within 1300mm in width and slightly different in length according to the size of each roll.
Steel plates with thin thickness, narrow width and long length. Its width is generally 20mm-200mm. It is supplied in rolls, and its specifications are expressed as thickness × width. According to the quality of the steel, it is divided into high-quality and ordinary strip; according to the rolling method, it is divided into hot-rolled and cold-rolled, which are called hot-rolled strip and cold-rolled strip respectively. The thickness of hot-rolled ordinary strip is 2 mm-6 mm, and the thickness of cold-rolled strip is generally 0.05 mm-3.60 mm. Strip steel can be made of ordinary carbon steel, carbon structure steel, spring steel, tool steel, stainless steel and other steel grades. Widely used in the manufacture of welded pipes, clamps, gaskets, spring blades, saw blades, blades, etc.
Strip steel is generally supplied in coils, which have the advantages of high dimensional accuracy, good surface quality, easy processing, and material saving.
The production process of cold-rolled strip steel is generally: pickling → rolling → process lubrication → annealing → leveling → shearing → packaging.
Cold-rolled strip steel process: pickling - rolling - annealing - rolling size synchronization lubrication - anti-rust oil - leveling and sizing - polishing - packaging.
Hot-rolled strip process: heating furnace - dephosphorization machine - rough rolling mill - dephosphorization machine - finishing mill - surface quality tester - layer cooling - coiling machine - baler - spray number Machine - roll warehouse slab.
Hot-rolled strip production process: first, the temperature is raised to the required rolling temperature in the heating furnace, and then enters the rough rolling dephosphorization machine through the roller table to process the iron oxide scale produced by the slab, and then enters the rough rolling mill. Roll the width and thickness of the strip, and then transport it from the roller table to the finishing rolling dephosphorization machine to process the iron oxide scale produced on the surface of the strip, and then enter the finishing rolling mill to change the thickness and width of the strip. For precise rolling, the strip steel is strictly controlled by the roller table to control the surface temperature before coiling, and then enters the coiler to become the steel coil.
