Product Description

Our galvanized coils are crafted through a meticulous process where sheet steel is immersed in a molten bath of zinc, leading to a robust, zinc-coated finish. This advanced process primarily involves continuous galvanizing, which immerses rolled steel plates in a zinc-melted plating tank, producing outstanding galvanized steel plates. For alloyed galvanized steel plates, we employ a hot dip technique followed by heating to about 500 ºC, creating a resilient zinc-iron alloy coating. Our galvanized steel coils are renowned for excellent paint adhesion and weldability, making them the perfect choice for a variety of applications.

Our state-of-the-art galvanizing steel production line boasts an outstanding annual output capacity of 200,000 tons. It can produce a wide array of finishes, including zinc spangle, small-zinc spangle, and common zinc spangle, catering to a variety of industrial needs with precision and efficiency.
