This preparation includes oil removal, pickling, alkaline cleaning, and phosphoric acid treatment, effectively eliminating impurities like dirt and iron oxide scale. Following surface treatment, the substrate embarks on the coating production journey, consisting of three pivotal stages: primer application, top coating, and varnish.
