The welding performance required can vary based on product usage. Certain tableware does not necessitate welding, including some cookware companies. However, a major segment of our products demands superior weldability, especially for high-grade tableware, thermos cups, steel pipes, water heaters, and dispensers.

Our stainless steel products boast exceptional corrosion resistance, critical for tableware and kitchen utensils of Class I and II. Many international clients conduct rigorous corrosion tests using NaCl solutions heated to boiling temperatures to assess durability. It's vital to note that polishing can introduce Fe content from abrasives, causing rust during tests.

(1) Surface integrity of raw materials-avoidance of scratches, pitting, and improper pickling.
(2) Material properties-ideal hardness is crucial. Low hardness can hinder efficient polishing and lead to orange peel effects during deep drawing, impacting BQ properties. Generally, higher hardness enhances BQ properties.
(3) Deep-drawn precision-unwanted small black spots and ridging can form in heavily deformed areas, thus affecting BQ performance.
