Our premium galvanized coils are crafted through a precise process where sheet steel is submerged in a molten zinc bath, resulting in a durable and robust zinc-coated finish. This meticulous procedure primarily utilizes continuous galvanizing, immersing rolled steel plates in a zinc-melted plating tank to produce outstanding galvanized steel plates. For the creation of alloyed galvanized steel plates, we employ a sophisticated hot dip method followed by heating to approximately 500 ºC, resulting in a resilient zinc-iron alloy coating. Our galvanized steel coils exhibit excellent paint adhesion and weldability, making them a superior choice for a multitude of applications.

Our state-of-the-art galvanizing steel production line impresses with an incredible annual output capacity of 200,000 tons. It skillfully produces a wide array of finishes including zinc spangle, small-zinc spangle, and common zinc spangle, crafted to meet diverse industrial needs and specifications.
