Product Classification
Hot Dip Galvanized Substrate
This product, expertly coated with organic material on a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, transforms into a robust color-coated sheet. It goes beyond zinc's conventional shielding by adding an organic layer that provides superior insulation and protection. This combats rust and extends service life beyond traditional galvanized sheets. Zinc content typically measures 180g/m2 (double-sided), with options for building exteriors reaching up to an impressive 275g/m2.
Hot-Dip Al-Zn Substrate
Utilizing a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet with 55% Al-Zn as its substrate, it features an aluminum and zinc content of approximately 150g/m2 (double-sided). This sheet remarkably outperforms standard hot-dip galvanized sheets by 2-5 times in corrosion resistance. It withstands continuous or intermittent temperatures reaching 490°C without significant oxidation or scaling. Its heat and light reflectivity is twice that of standard galvanized steel, with a reflectivity exceeding 0.75 - making it a premier choice for energy-efficient construction.
Electro-Galvanized Substrate
With an electro-galvanized base, this product, when coated with organic paint and expertly baked, turns into an electro-galvanized color-coated sheet. Despite its thin zinc layer, approximately 20/20g/m2, making it unsuitable for external walls or roofs, it boasts aesthetic appeal and excellent processing qualities, making it ideal for home appliances, audio equipment, steel furniture, and interior decoration.
Polyester (PE)

Kaishuo Steel prefers 30%TT before inspection and the rest 70% against BL. However, our price term is negotiable. Multiple payment terms are available from us.
