Hot Dip Galvanized Substrate
This product, expertly coated with organic material on a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, forms a color-coated sheet of superior robustness. Complemented by zinc's inherent shielding, the organic coating provides additional insulation and protection, effectively combating rust and significantly extending service life compared to conventional galvanized sheets. Typically, the zinc content is 180g/m2 (double-sided), with building exterior options reaching up to 275g/m2.
Hot-Dip Al-Zn Substrate
Employing a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet with 55% Al-Zn as the substrate, this sheet features aluminum and zinc content around 150g/m2 (double-sided). It surpasses standard hot-dip galvanized sheets by 2-5 times in corrosion resistance, enduring continuous or intermittent temperatures up to 490°C without severe oxidation or scaling. Its heat and light reflectivity significantly surpasses standard galvanized steel, with reflectivity over 0.75, making it an ideal choice for energy-efficient construction projects.
Electro-Galvanized Substrate
Featuring an electro-galvanized base, this sheet, once coated with organic paint and baked, transforms into an aesthetically pleasing electro-galvanized color-coated sheet.
