Product Classification
Hot Dip Galvanized Substrate
This product, coated with organic material on a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, creates a robust color-coated sheet. Beyond zinc's shielding, the organic coating adds insulation and protection, combating rust and extending service life beyond traditional galvanized sheets. Typically, zinc content measures 180g/m2 (double-sided), with building exterior options reaching up to 275g/m2.
Hot-Dip Al-Zn Substrate
Utilizing a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet with 55% Al-Zn as the substrate, it features aluminum and zinc contents around 150g/m2 (double-sided). This sheet outperforms standard hot-dip galvanized sheets by 2-5 times in corrosion resistance. It withstands continuous or intermittent temperatures up to 490°C without severe oxidation or scaling. Its heat and light reflectivity doubles that of standard galvanized steel, with a reflectivity exceeding 0.75, making it a prime choice for energy-efficient construction.
Electro-Galvanized Substrate
With an electro-galvanized base, when coated with organic paint and baked, it turns into an electro-galvanized color-coated sheet. Due to its thin zinc layer, approximately 20/20g/m2, it's unsuitable for exterior walls or roofs. However, its aesthetic appeal and excellent processing make it ideal for home appliances, audio equipment, steel furniture, and interior decoration.
Polyester (PE)
Features excellent adhesion, a vibrant color palette, versatile formability, and outdoor durability, coupled with medium chemical resistance and cost-effectiveness.
Silicon Modified Polyester
Known as (SMP), this coating film boasts impressive hardness, wear resistance, and heat resilience, with commendable outdoor durability and chalk resistance. It maintains gloss, offers average flexibility, and is moderately priced.
High Durability Polyester
Recognized as (HDP), it delivers exceptional color retention and UV resistance, outstanding outdoor durability, and chalk resistance. This film adheres well, offers a wide color range, and presents excellent cost performance.
Polyvinylidene Fluoride
Termed (PVDF), it provides superior color retention and UV resistance, excellent outdoor durability, and chalk resistance. It excels in solvent resistance, formability, and dirt resistance but offers limited colors at a higher cost.

Kaishuo Steel prefers 30%TT before inspection and the rest 70% against BL. However, our price term is negotiable. Multiple payment terms are available from us.
