2. Corrosion resistance

Post-heating, the solution is drained, and the product is cleansed and dried before evaluating weight loss to gauge corrosion levels. 3. Polishing performance
In modern production, stainless steel goods typically undergo polishing, with exceptions like water heater and dispenser liners. Hence, raw materials must exhibit excellent polishing performance. Key factors influencing this attribute include:
(1) Surface imperfections in raw materials, including scratches, pitting, and effects from pickling.
(2) Raw material issues: Low hardness complicates polishing due to suboptimal BQ properties, and low hardness can cause 'orange peel' during deep drawing, adversely affecting BQ. Conversely, higher hardness enhances BQ properties.
(3) In-depth drawing can lead to small black spots and ridging in intensely deformed areas, impacting BQ performance.
4. Heat resistance
