Hot Dip Galvanized Substrate
This product is meticulously crafted by coating a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet with organic material, resulting in a robust and resilient color-coated sheet. Beyond the inherent protection of zinc, the organic coating offers excellent insulation, effectively combating rust and significantly prolonging its service life beyond traditional galvanized sheets. Typically, the zinc content is around 180g/m2 (double-sided), with options for building exteriors reaching an impressive 275g/m2.
Hot-Dip Al-Zn Substrate
Leveraging a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet with a 55% Al-Zn substrate, it boasts aluminum and zinc contents around 150g/m2 (double-sided). This superior sheet outperforms standard hot-dip galvanized sheets by an extraordinary 2-5 times in corrosion resistance, enduring continuous or intermittent temperatures up to a formidable 490°C without succumbing to severe oxidation or scaling. Kaishuo Steel prefers 30%TT before inspection and the rest 70% against BL. However, our price term is negotiable. Multiple payment terms are available from us.
