Classification
Hot dip galvanized substrate
The hot-dip galvanized color-coated sheet emerges from coating organic material on a galvanized steel base. Beyond zinc's protection, the organic coating acts as an insulator, prolonging the sheet's life and offering rust prevention. Such sheets have a zinc content of typically 180g/m2 for dual sides, with building exteriors reaching up to 275g/m2.
Hot-dip Al-Zn substrate
Formed with a 55% Al-Zn galvanized steel sheet as its substrate, this innovative coating boasts aluminum and zinc content around 150g/m2. It's 2-5 times more corrosion-resistant than standard galvanized sheets. Usable up to 490°C, it resists oxidation and scales, with double the heat and light reflection capabilities, making it a stellar energy-saving building material.
Electro-galvanized substrate
Using electro-galvanized sheets as a base, this color-coated sheet has a delicate zinc layer of about 20/20g/m2, not fit for outdoor walls or roofs but perfect for home appliances, audio systems, steel furniture, and interior embellishments, thanks to its striking looks and exceptional processing qualities.
