Conversely, many of our products, such as second-tier tableware, thermos flasks, steel tubes, water heaters, and dispensers, require exceptional welding properties to ensure robust and reliable performance.
2. Corrosion resistance
Our stainless steel products are engineered to deliver outstanding corrosion resistance, making them ideal for use in Class I and II tableware, kitchenware, water heaters, and dispensers. To validate our products' resilience, international clients often conduct rigorous corrosion tests, including immersing them in a NACL solution, boiling, and observing weight loss to gauge corrosion levels. Note: During polishing, iron content from abrasives can create surface rust spots, impacting test outcomes.

In the modern manufacturing landscape, the majority of stainless steel products undergo polishing to attain a refined finish. Exceptions include specific items like water heater and dispenser liners. Consequently, superior polishing performance is essential, influenced by several key factors:
(1)Surface defects such as scratches, pitting, and pickling in raw materials can impact polish quality.
(2)Material hardness plays a crucial role. Insufficient hardness can hinder the polishing process (resulting in poor BQ properties), leading to surface imperfections like orange peel during deep drawing. Conversely, optimal hardness enhances BQ properties.
(3)In deep-drawn products, extensive deformation may cause small black spots and ridging, adversely affecting BQ performance.
