Product Classification
Hot Dip Galvanized Substrate
This product is crafted with organic material on a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, resulting in a resilient color-coated sheet. The organic coating not only complements zinc's protection but also offers insulation, combatting rust and enhancing service life beyond conventional galvanized sheets. Typically, zinc content is 180g/m2 (double-sided), with exterior building options available up to 275g/m2.
Hot-Dip Al-Zn Substrate
Utilizing a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet with 55% Al-Zn as the substrate, this sheet exhibits aluminum and zinc contents around 150g/m2 (double-sided). It surpasses standard hot-dip galvanized sheets by 2-5 times in corrosion resistance. Capable of enduring temperatures up to 490°C without significant oxidation or scaling, it offers heat and light reflectivity that doubles that of standard galvanized steel, with reflectivity surpassing 0.75, making it an excellent choice for energy-efficient construction.
Electro-Galvanized Substrate
Featuring an electro-galvanized base, once coated with organic paint and baked, it transforms into an electro-galvanized color-coated sheet. Due to its thin zinc layer, approximately 20/20g/m2, it's less suited for exterior walls or roofs. Nevertheless, its attractive aesthetic and superb processing properties make it an ideal choice for home appliances, audio equipment, steel furniture, and interior decoration.
Polyester (PE)
Boasting excellent adhesion, a vibrant color palette, flexible formability, and reliable outdoor durability, this option is paired with medium chemical resistance and cost-effectiveness, ensuring a well-rounded performance.
