The galvanized sheet is tailored to exude an impeccable appearance, free from any flaws detrimental to its use. We meticulously avoid issues like uncoated spots, holes, cracks, scum, excessive coating thickness, scratches, chromic acid marks, or white rust. While foreign standards may lack clarity on specific appearance flaws, we encourage listing particular defect concerns in the contract to guarantee satisfaction.
Based on our sophisticated production and processing methods, our galvanized steel plates are classified into the following categories:
1. Hot Dip Galvanized Steel Sheet: This technique involves immersing sheet steel into a molten zinc bath, resulting in a durable zinc layer on its surface. Our primary method encompasses continuous galvanizing, where rolled steel is perpetually immersed in a zinc-melted plating tank, ensuring high-quality galvanization.
2. Alloyed Galvanized Steel Sheet: Produced using the hot-dip method, these plates are promptly heated to approximately 500 ºC post-tank to form a robust alloy film of zinc and iron. This enhances paint adhesion and weldability, making it an exceptional choice for diverse applications.

Single-Sided and Double-Sided Differential Galvanized Steel: The single-sided variant is galvanized on only one side, offering greater adaptability in welding, painting, rust prevention, and processing compared to its double-sided counterpart. To counterbalance the uncoated side, a double-sided differential sheet includes a minimal zinc layer on the opposite side for enhanced protection.
5. Alloy and Composite Galvanized Steel Sheet: Utilizing a blend of zinc and other metals like aluminum, and lead, these plates form alloys or composite coatings. This combination bestows the steel with outstanding anti-rust and coating performance, ideal for high-demand environments.

Kaishuo Weiye Steel prefers 30%TT before inspection and the rest 70% against BL. However, our price term is negotiable. Multiple payment terms are available from us.
