2. Corrosion resistance

Some international clients conduct rigorous corrosion resistance tests, involving heating NACL aqueous solution to boiling, pouring it, washing, drying, and measuring weight loss to assess corrosion extent. Note: During polishing, Fe content in abrasive cloth or sandpaper can result in rust spots on the test surface.
3. Polishing performance
In the modern manufacturing landscape, stainless steel products often undergo polishing, save for a select few like water heaters and water dispenser liners that may not require it. This necessitates that raw materials exhibit outstanding polishing performance. Influential factors include:
(1) Surface defects of raw materials, such as scratches, pitting, and pickling.
(2) Material issues, where low hardness complicates polishing (indicating poor BQ properties), and low hardness may also lead to orange peel effects during deep drawing, impacting BQ properties. High hardness typically results in better BQ properties.
(3) For deep-drawn products, small black spots and ridging may emerge in highly deformed areas, consequently affecting BQ performance.
4. Heat resistance
