Our galvanized steel coils are crafted through an exacting process where sheet steel immerses in a molten zinc bath, culminating in a resilient zinc-coated finish. This intricate procedure, primarily employing continuous galvanizing, effectively submerges rolled steel plates in a zinc-melted plating tank, producing superior galvanized steel plates. For alloyed galvanized steel plates, a specialized hot dip method is followed by heating to around 500 ºC, forming a robust zinc-iron alloy coating. These galvanized steel coils feature unparalleled paint adhesion and weldability, rendering them the perfect solution for a multitude of applications.
