Hot Dip Galvanized Substrate
This product features an organic material coating on a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, forming a durable and protective color-coated sheet. Complementing the zinc's protective layer, the organic coating provides additional insulation and defense against rust, extending the service life significantly beyond that of traditional galvanized sheets. Typically, the zinc content is 180g/m² (double-sided), with options for building exteriors reaching an impressive 275g/m².
Hot-Dip Al-Zn Substrate
Using a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet consisting of 55% Al-Zn as the substrate, this innovative sheet contains aluminum and zinc contents around 150g/m² (double-sided). It offers corrosion resistance surpassing standard hot-dip galvanized sheets by 2-5 times. This sheet can endure continuous or intermittent temperatures up to 490°C without significant oxidation or scaling, and its heat and light reflectivity is doubly superior to that of standard galvanized steel, boasting a reflectivity over 0.75, thus making it an excellent choice for energy-efficient constructions.
Electro-Galvanized Substrate
Starting with an electro-galvanized base, this substrate is transformed into an electro-galvanized color-coated sheet through organic paint and baking.
